washing bundlesWhen you receive your bundles, they come clean, and washing is optional. However, if you choose to wash them, follow these tips to maintain their quality: Keep Bundles Intact: Always wash your bundles while they are still in their original bundle form to prevent tangling. Washing the bundles unraveled can cause excessive tangling. Use the Right Products: Use the recommended hair care products to keep your bundles nourished and in great condition. Gentle Detangling: Before washing, detangle with a paddle brush or open brush, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots. Air Dry for Best Results: After washing, let your bundles air dry. If you need to blow dry, use a low heat setting to avoid damage.
-
maintenanceWashing your bundles every two weeks is recommended. However, if you can go longer without a wash, that’s up to you—it's optional. Oil buildup can make your extensions feel oily, so once they start to feel that way, it’s time for a thorough wash. Remember, raw hair loves a good wash and a deep condition. Always deep condition the hair after washing it with a clarifying shampoo.
-
detangling the hairAlways detangle your hair when it's dry, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Avoid co-washing your bundles, as it can leave residue and prevent the hair from flourishing as it should. Co-washing can also weigh the hair down. Be sure to detangle your hair when you put on your bonnet, take it off, and throughout the day. Always use a paddle brush or an open brush for detangling.
-
best way to dry hairAir drying your bundles is always the best option! If you can, air drying them is ideal, but sitting under a dryer or using a hair dryer is also a great choice. Using a good blow-dry spray before the hair dries is highly recommended as well.
-
protecting hair at nightSatin is the best way to protect your hair during bedtime. A satin bonnet or pillow case will protect your bundles, keep it silky and moisturised and prevent it from being dry.
